Support

Questions, a problem with a reading, or a privacy request: write to support@ruuya.app. We answer in English or Turkish.

Delete your account

In the app, open Account → Delete account. Your account, readings, artworks, retained refused texts and safety log entries are deleted from our servers at once. Your journal stays on your device until you delete the app.

If you are in crisis

Ruuya is not a crisis or medical service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now, or find a helpline at findahelpline.com.
